During seasonal peak — May 15 through September 15 — we recommend contacting us 30 to 60 days in advance of your planned move. The rest of the year, 2 to 4 weeks ahead.
You may choose from the following options: cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa) certified check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment is needed before the truck is unloaded at the destination.
This depends on many factors, such as the time of year, weather conditions, size of your shipment, time required to load and unload, and the direction and distance your shipment is traveling.
Pets cannot be carried on the moving trucks. Dogs, cats, canaries and parakeets can usually be transported in the family car.
We do not require a deposit for local moves estimated to be completed the same day. A deposit is required on long distance and nationwide moves. The deposit is fully refundable should the move be cancelled for any reason subject to proper notice being given as defined under our cancellation policy.
We ask for at least a 48-hour notice to be given in order to cancel a move and you will not be subject to any charges or cancellation fees. Moves cancelled without proper notice may be subject to our minimum moving charge of $250.00 or forfeiting a deposit.
