How to Become an Agent 

1. Application Process: 
   • Submit Your Application: Fill out our online application form with your contact details, experience, and any relevant information. 
   • Initial Review: Our team will review your application and contact you for an initial discussion. 
2. Interview and Selection: 
   • Interview: If your application meets our criteria, you will be invited for an interview to discuss your potential role and alignment with our company values. 
   • Selection: Successful candidates will be selected based on their experience, professionalism, and commitment to quality service. 
3. Training and Onboarding: 
   • Training Program: Once selected, you will undergo our comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with our services, policies, and customer care standards. 
   • Onboarding: After completing the training, you will be officially onboarded as an agent of Calgary Movers Pro.

Responsibilities 

• Customer Service: Agents are expected to provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring a smooth moving experience. 
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations, including safety standards and ethical practices. 
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to Calgary Movers Pro. 
• Training: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices and company procedures. 

Commission and Payment 

• Commission Structure: Agents will receive a competitive commission based on the revenue generated from their referrals. The exact commission rate will be detailed in the agent agreement. 
• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, with detailed statements provided to each agent. 

Termination 

• Voluntary Termination: Agents may terminate their agreement with Calgary Movers Pro at any time, provided they give written notice at least 30 days in advance.
• Involuntary Termination: Calgary Movers Pro reserves the right to terminate the agreement if an agent fails to comply with company policies, performs unsatisfactorily, or engages in unethical behaviour. 

Confidentiality 

Agents are required to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and customer data. Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination and legal action.
