Pricing Structure 

Our pricing is determined by several factors, including: 

  • Type of Move: Residential, commercial, long-distance, or local moves. 
  • Size of Move: The volume of items to be moved, typically measured by the number of rooms or total square footage. 
  • Distance: The distance between the origin and destination locations. 
  • Additional Services: Any additional services you may require, such as packing, storage, or specialty item handling.

Pricing Structure

Payment Methods 

We are pleased to offer a variety of payment methods to accommodate your preferences. For your convenience, Calgary Movers Pro accepts payments via Square, a secure and reliable payment processing service. Here are the payment options available: 

  • Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 
  • Square Payments: You can make secure payments through Square, either online or in person. 
  • Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers are also accepted. Please contact us for bank details. 

How to Make a Payment 

  1. Online Payment: 
    • After receiving your quote, you will be provided with a secure link to make an online payment via Square. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction. 
  2. In-Person Payment: 
    • Our team can process your payment via Square during the move. Simply provide your credit or debit card details, and we will handle the rest. 
  3. Bank Transfer: 
    • Contact us for our bank details to arrange a direct transfer. Please ensure the payment is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled move. 

Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please review our payment policy: 

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. 
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move. For long distance or large commercial moves, partial payments may be required at various stages of the move. 
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Deposits may be refundable or transferable based on the notice period provided. 
  • Refunds: Refunds for services not rendered will be processed within 5-7 business days.  Please contact our customer service team for assistance with refund requests.
